Prayer before performance
Devotional life is not aesthetic decoration. The work should lead toward Christ, sacramental life, and a more honest life of prayer.
About Rosary & Reason
A lay-led Catholic media project creating films, short-form formation, and practical resources for people who want to pray deeply, think clearly, and live faithfully.
Why we exist
Rosary & Reason begins from a simple conviction: Catholic faith does not require a choice between reverence and intellectual honesty. Prayer disposes the heart toward truth. Reason helps us receive that truth carefully, explain it clearly, and carry it into life.
We make media for people who want neither shallow certainty nor an abstract faith. Our work makes room for Scripture, Church teaching, history, the witness of the saints, difficult moral questions, and the patient formation of a Catholic life.
Rosary & Reason is independent and lay-led. It is not a parish, diocese, religious order, official Church publication, or substitute for the pastoral authority of a priest or bishop.

Devotional life is not aesthetic decoration. The work should lead toward Christ, sacramental life, and a more honest life of prayer.
Claims about doctrine, history, and the saints should be traceable. When evidence is uncertain or disputed, the work should say so.
Truth and charity are not rivals. We aim for direct language without contempt, humiliation, or engagement built on outrage.
A good publication should offer something to understand, pray, discuss, examine, or practice after the video ends.
The people behind the work
Rosary & Reason currently has two people carrying distinct parts of the work. The titles below describe actual responsibilities and do not imply ordination, academic credentials, or institutional approval.
Founder & Editorial Director
Sets the editorial vision and is responsible for the voice, direction, research priorities, writing, curation, and on-camera formation associated with the project.
Managing Editor & Pastoral Care Coordinator
Supports the work behind the scenes through editing, production coordination, and pastoral care. Den helps publications remain clear, humane, and attentive to the people they may affect.
